Design and Build is a growing sector of our market. We consult extensively with the client to ensure we interpret their requirements and the solution they need. Then as a commercial organisation we are ideally placed to design a building to satisfy those needs within the budget constraints of the project.
We then issue the client with a set of proposals and a fixed price which once accepted gives the client the confidence that this budget will not be exceeded and get on with the job of getting the necessary approvals from the Local Authority and constructing the project.

Because we earn our money from keeping down our costs and finding solutions to problems this means we are aware of cost constraints and can in most cases give the client what they need, within budget.
