The Company's Head Office is in Stourbridge, five miles from Birmingham, with a regional office in Hereford. This enables the Company to be competitive throughout the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire and Shropshire.

J Guest Limited has also invested in the latest technology; its Administration system is totally computerised, estimates are computer generated, producing procurement schedules integrated into the purchase ordering systems. Order commitments are reported automatically to the Contract Administration programmes giving constant comparisons with budgets, ensuring buying targets are maintained. Valuations are also computerised keeping a constant running Final Account.

Small Works  

The Company has recently formed a Small Works Division which undertakes Contracts up to a value of £100,000, and which also provides a much improved after sales service to clients of the larger Contracts once each project is handed over.

Our Small Works Division undertakes a varied workload from maintaining housing stock for associations (RSLS) to improvements and to ensure we are providing an efficient and user friendly service to all our clients once a project is handed over. the J Guest Limited Team can perform most tasks for the client, so that we can respond quickly to any problems that arise.

J Guest Limited is on the main approved tender list for organisations such as Construction Line, The Home Office, The Department of the Environment, EBA, various Local Authorities and Housing Associations (RSLS). It can take up to a year to acquire each of these accreditations they involve completing detailed questionnaires, providing proof of sound financial status and references from previous clients.

In addition to tendering for Architect designed projects, J Guest Limited will also carry out a full Design and Build service. This comprises the construction process, including obtaining Planning Permission, Building Regulations approval, dealing with the Local Authority on other issues, design of the Building to the client's requirements, and the total construction and fit-out of the building for a fixed contract price which is agreed before any commitment from the client.
